Might not be good for skin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try to recreate my current deodorant based on Triethyl citrate (TEC) &#8211; probably <a href=\"https:\/\/old.reddit.com\/r\/cosmeticscience\/comments\/xn8tws\/triethyl_citrate_in_deodorant\/\">about<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/old.reddit.com\/r\/cosmeticscience\/comments\/xzbdn7\/deodorant_recipe_help\/\">3-5%<\/a>. Replace propylene glycol with glycerin like <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.touchofblush.be\/products\/ray-deodorant-no-perfume\">this<\/a> product? Or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cosmebio.org\/en\/our-products\/nijiko\/deodorant-roll-on-sans-parfum-27324\/\">this<\/a> one? Formulations on Specialchem (or at least the ones without alcohol) have about 3% glycerin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Some ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Glycerin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triethyl citrate (TEC)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xanthan gum? HEC?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isopropanol?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pH buffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I did find TEC (29%) in a product called <a href=\"https:\/\/daltosur.com\/media\/documents\/dermosoft-decalact-deo-mbpdr082022.pdf\">dermosoft decalect deo MB<\/a>, which also contains sodium caproyl\/lauroyl lactylate (70%) and sage oil (1%). Specifically meant for deo. Maybe I&#8217;ll just buy that. At the recommended concentration of 0.5% however that&#8217;s only like 0.15% TEC though.
