I went through a box of old stuff and found some ingredients, most of which are rancid.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Have<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><s>Shea butter, rancid<\/s><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><s>Coco butter, a little rancid<\/s><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><s>&#8220;Jojoba oil&#8221; (mostly grape, then jojoba, some vit E and also sunflower), also rancid<\/s><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><s>Glycerine 150mL, possibly rancid?<\/s><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aloe vera gel 92%, still smells ok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Essential oils:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tea tree 40mL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rosemary 40mL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Citron 30mL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavender 10mL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Various powdered chemicals, e.g. NaOH and fertiliser ingredients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Want<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assuming 100g toothpaste tablets, 200g shampoo bar, 500 mL conditioner, 500 mL lube, 1 L wool wash, 100g deodorant, 50g beard balm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150g Sodium cocoyl isethianate (SCI) &#8211; for shampoo bar, wool wash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>108g Coco betaine &#8211; for shampoo bar, detergents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30g Coco glucoside &#8211; for detergents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14.5g BTMS-50 &#8211; for beard balm &amp; conditioner &amp; shampoo bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65g glycerin &#8211; for shampoo bar, lube, deodorant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50g (rehydrated) Aloe vera &#8211; for lube<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2g beeswax &#8211; for beard balm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4g Triethyl citrate (TEC) &#8211; for deodorant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12.5g Hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) &#8211; for conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, lube<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.3g Vitamin E (sort-of-preservative)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>22g Geoguard (preservative)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60g Calcium carbonate &#8211; for toothpaste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>13g Xylitol &#8211; for toothpaste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300mg Sodium or potassium fluoride &#8211; for toothpaste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.5g Citric or lactic acid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Might want:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Potassium sorbate (preservative)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.5g Panthenol &#8211; for conditioner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrageenan &#8211; for shampoo bar (try more glycerin \/ HEC?)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>31g Almond, argan, grapeseed oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.5g mango butter &#8211; for beard balm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) &#8211; for laundry detergent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I want to buy some ingredients, so I&#8217;m making an overview of what I want and what I have.
